Justin Fairfax Raises Over $1.3 Million In Virginia Lt. Governor’s Race

Arlington, VA– Today, the Justin Fairfax for Lieutenant Governor campaign announced their first fundraising numbers since winning the Democratic primary by ten percentage points in a three-person race.

Since entering the race in 2016, Justin Fairfax has raised over $1.3 million; raising nearly $200,000 in less than one month in this period alone. Over 65% of contributions received this period were for $100 or less. With 4578 donors, this is truly a grassroots campaign focused on the voters of Virginia.

Justin Fairfax has traveled more than 40,000 miles all across Virginia and has participated in hundreds of campaign events in Southwest, Southside, Hampton Roads, Central Virginia, the Valley, The Northern Neck, Middle Peninsula, Eastern Shore, and Northern Virginia. Reaching voters where they are, Justin’s powerful message of fighting for more economic security and opportunity for all Virginians, protecting our rights against the abuses of the Trump Administration, and protecting access to healthcare for all is resonating all across the Commonwealth.
