Senate Minority Leader Dick Saslaw Endorses Justin Fairfax for Lieutenant Governor of Virginia
RICHMOND, Virginia — Today, the Justin Fairfax for Lieutenant Governor of Virginia campaign is excited to announce the endorsement of Virginia Senate Minority Leader Dick Saslaw (D-Fairfax). Senator Saslaw has a long legislative career spanning decades of public service to the Commonwealth of Virginia.
Senator Saslaw, a former candidate for Lieutenant Governor of Virginia, is a key Democratic leader in the state Senate. Representing the 35th District of Virginia since 1980, he has led the charge on progressive issues, including improving public education and expanding transportation infrastructure. He is known for his ability to reach across the aisle and get results.
